Found a bug, missing a tool or have a question about privacy? Send us an email.
Please never email us confidential files. EditZap works without ever seeing your documents, and email is no place for contracts, IDs or statements. Describe the problem instead. If one particular file causes it, try to reproduce it with a harmless test file and send that.
What to write about
- Bugs. Tell us which tool you used, your browser and device (for example "Chrome on Windows" or "Safari on iPhone"), what you expected, what happened instead, and the exact wording of any error message. A screenshot of the page helps, as long as it shows nothing private.
- Tool requests. Tell us what you are trying to get done and which file types are involved. Requests that come up often are the most likely to be built.
- Privacy questions. Ask anything about how the site handles data. The privacy policy already lists every server your browser contacts and why.
- Anything else. Feedback, corrections to the text on a page, or a note that something worked well are all welcome.
What happens to your message
We read every message and reply as soon as we can. We use your email address only to answer you. It is never added to a mailing list or shared with anyone. The privacy policy has the details.
There is no contact form on purpose. A form would need a server to receive and store what you type, and EditZap deliberately runs none.
